Q) Where do you source your silver and gold?
A) I use a supplier called Cookson Gold who sell earth friendly, people friendly, 100% recycled metals.
Q) I don’t know which size I need.
A) Head to my handy size guides on the product pages!
Q) Is all your jewellery hand made?
A) It sure is – each piece is designed and completely hand made by me, making each item unique!
Q) Do you take commissions?
A) Not at the moment, sorry! Keep checking back though as this is something I’d like to do more of in the future.
Q) Are your items Hallmarked?
A) Currently none of my items weigh enough to require a hallmark (7.78g). This is deliberate, as adding them carries a cost which I’d need to pass on to customers. As a rough estimate, you might expect to add around £100 to the cost of your item for two-way postage and the hallmark itself. All my silver is 100% recycled sterling silver and the gold used for keum boo is gold foil, also from a 100% recycled source.
Q) What do I do if my silver has gone a funny colour?

Q) How do I place my order?
A) select the item you want to buy from the main shop page, making sure to select the right size where applicable from the drop-down list. Add to your shopping cart and follow the instructions on how to pay.
Q) Will I get a receipt?
A) The website automatically issues a full receipt for every order you place on the website. This will normally reach you by email.
Q) Can I change my order?
A) Please visit the Shipping and Returns page for information on what to d0 if you’re unhappy with the product when it arrives. NB: You may beresponsible for shipping costs for returns.
Q) I’ve not received a confirmation email – what should I do?
A) Feel free to contact me here.
Q) My order hasn’t arrived.
A) Orders will have tracking numbers which you can use to contact the carrier for your order. Please allow 28 working days for delivery. If you’ve tried doing that but are still having issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me here.
Q) Can I pay by invoice?
A) Not at the moment - I currently accept online stripe payments only.
Q) My card has not been accepted – what should I do?
A) Most card payments require 3D security to be active on your payment card before transactions can be made using it. You will need to contact your bank if you think there is a problem with the 3D activation on your card.
Q) I returned my order – when will my refund get here?
A) Please allow 14 working days from the date I receive your item back. Your item must match the faulty description given, or be in saleable condition before any refund can be issued.
All refunds will be issued to the payment card used to place your order, for auditing reasons. Depending on payment method, the amount can take 2-5 working days to show in your account. You should receive an email confirmation when the transaction has been completed.
Q) What postage carrier do you use?
A) This can vary depending on size and availability. Most carriers will contact you themselves to say they're on the way but if you don't hear anything please do get in touch via the contact form on this website.
Q) What are the shipping costs?
A) You will see your shipping details on the payment details before you pay, These can vary depending on the size of your order. However, the Shipping and Returns page will give you a rough guide to my general shipping policy.
Q) Can I copy your designs or use them in my own work?
A) No. All my designs, including the website, are under copyright. If you would like to feature my images of or links to my work in publications, etc... please use the contact form to obtain my permission first. Anyone not doing so will be in breach of copyright law.
