To measure your arm, take a measuring tape and wrap it around your arm/wrist where you intend to wear your arm cuff (e.g. - right by your hand, or further up).
If your measurement stands between two sizes, it’s usually best to choose the higher measurement, to avoid pinching.
Once you’ve measured your wrist, order the size of cuff or bracelet that most closely matches this length.
You can also take a measurement using a length of string/thread and holding it where you’d like the arm cuff or bracelet to sit, then using a standard ruler to measure the string.

To measure your ring size, select a ring you already own and wear comfortably.Ensure the ring you use hasn’t bent out of shape anywhere and is nice and circular.
Measure the inside diameter of your well-fitting ring using a standard ruler. Multiply the total diameter by 3.14 to get your ring size, taking care to measure everything consistently in either inches or mm. (You’ll probably find that using mm is much easier!)
If the ring measurement falls between two sizes choose the larger size when ordering from the Barham Designs website – wider ring designs (wider than 5mm) will also usually require a larger size.

It’s fairly easy to test out your preferred chain length at home before making a purchase:
Take a length of string/thread and stand before a mirror.
Hold the thread at roughly the length you’d like your chain to hang to.
Measure the thread using a measuring tape or ruler and choose the chain closest to that measurement.
