Shipping and Returns

Before you buy:

Because my jewellery is made from metals, it isn't suitable for anyone with metal or nickel allergies.
My jewellery often contains many small parts, and has been designed for adult wearers, so may be harmful for children.
Like the animals they portray, my piecs are often delicate, so should always be treated with care.

Postage

Postage is free for mainland UK only (additional costs may apply for Channel Isles, Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of Man). International shipping is £18.00 tracked mail.
International items may be subject to your own import taxes which are payable by the customer.
Items are sent by recorded first class post, which will require a signature on delivery. If you would prefer your item to be sent by standard first class post without a signature please use the contact form. NB: This will be at customer's own risk, although proof of postage will be obtained for all parcels.
I aim to ship all orders within 7 days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. I am though, a small, single person-run business so please allow plenty of time for your parcel to arrive, especially during busy periods, to avoid disappointment!

Returns and Refunds

I hope you'll love your purchase - but if you wish to return it for any reason, please get in touch to begin the process using the contact form.
Faulty items will be elligible for a no quibble replacement/refund. You may be asked to send photographs documenting any issues, (so I can ensure it is not an ongoing design/packaging fault).
Non-faulty goods should be returned within an agreed timescale, in saleable condition, and with their original packaging for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Please obtain proof of postage when returning items.
Personalised and commissioned items may not be eligible for a refund.
